On November 25, 2025, Ideal Innovations, Inc. continued its longstanding support of the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC). Employees donated nearly 600 pounds of food, contributing an estimated value of over $1,000 to help local families facing food insecurity. This effort reflects more than a single day of giving—it demonstrates how Ideal Innovations, Inc. and its employees embed community support into the fabric of the company’s culture. Service, generosity, and a commitment to strengthening the communities where employees live and work are core values that guide the organization year‑round. Ideal Innovations, Inc.’s President Rich Syretz has been a

strong advocate for this mission, emphasizing the importance of sustained community partnerships and reaffirming his commitment to continuing and expanding the company’s support for AFAC in the years ahead.

Food insecurity remains a significant challenge across the United States. Recent national data shows that more than 44 million people—including over 13 million children—live in food‑insecure households. Children who experience food insecurity are more likely to face difficulties with concentration, memory, and emotional regulation, all of which directly affect academic performance. Research also shows that food‑insecure children are at higher risk for absenteeism, behavioral challenges, and long‑term developmental impacts.  Community‑driven support, such as the contributions made by Ideal Innovations, Inc., plays a vital role in helping families overcome these obstacles and build a stronger foundation for long‑term well‑being.

At the Arlington Food Assistance Center, the mission is to provide neighbors in need with dignified access to free, supplemental groceries. With community support, AFAC is able to assist residents of Arlington County and the surrounding areas in receiving nutritious food items that not only keep their families fed, but also free up limited financial resources for other essential needs. AFAC also provides assistance to active duty military families and veterans, ensuring that those who serve or have served the nation have reliable access to healthy food.

Ideal Innovations, Inc. has partnered with AFAC for four years, donating thousands of pounds of food during that time. The company remains committed to supporting this valuable and much‑needed community resource and looks forward to continuing its efforts to help ensure that no family in Arlington goes without access to healthy, reliable food. Under Rich Syretz’s leadership, the company will continue to prioritize meaningful community engagement and uphold its responsibility to support neighbors in need.
