I3 provides a range of Information Technology (IT) expertise and capability typically found in larger companies, but with the partnership and attention you expect from a small company.
I3 personnel are Security+ Certified, Secret-cleared, and compliant with DoD Directive 8570.01. In addition, I3 is an ISO 9001:2015 compliant company, and actively pursuing ISO 27001 certification (projected for completion summer 2019).
I3 provides information assurance (IA), network administration, system administration, software engineering, and helpdesk services as part of our suite of IT offerings.
I3 has amassed experience in several niche IT disciplines. These disciplines are critical to ensuring the security, availability and redundancy of IT networks, systems and infrastructures. Whether protecting Government clients from intrusion or attack, or commercial clients from denial of service and lost revenue, I3’s expertise in these areas is unmatched.
IT Accreditation & Risk Management Framework (RMF)
I3 has successfully led US Government clients through the IT accreditation process, with expertise in virtualization and information assurance, having accredited and re-accredited Government systems under the Risk Management Framework (RMF). I3 assists in all aspects of the RMF process, which involves the identification, implementation, assessment and management of cybersecurity capabilities and services. Our approach incorporates the fact that RMF is pervasive and continuous, emphasizing early cybersecurity integration across the system lifecycle, with an eye towards risk identification and mitigation.
Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRI)
CCRIs, the formal inspection conducted via USCYBERCOM’s Enhanced Inspection Program, provide a review of the entity’s cyber posture. CCRIs typically involve IA program assessments, as well as reviews of network assets, both classified and unclassified. I3 IT staff are well-versed in CCRI review criteria, derived from Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction (CJCSI) directives 6211.02D and 6510.01F, as well as the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). Given the fact that CCRIs are often conducted on short notice (30-60 days), trust I3 to provide your organization with a preliminary readiness assessment and deliverables for achieving CCRI compliance.
I3 conducts IA assessments and provides cybersecurity solutions for large data stores, with a focus on data availability, redundancy and disaster management solutions hosted in datacenters
I3 has expertise in specifying, procuring, and deploying computers, servers, mobile devices and related IT systems, managing all aspects of systems administration from security monitoring and analysis, patching and deployment, to logging and configuration change management.
I3 offers helpdesk services for ongoing operations and maintenance, providing 24/7/365 Tier 1, 2 and 3 support to our customers.
Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS)
I3’s expertise encompasses both unclassified and classified networks, and we have worked in environments where both are required modes of operation. Consequently, I3 IT staff includes experts on CDS, or the means for transmitting information across disparate security regimes. I3 can design and implement a CDS for your organization that ensures data integrity and availability at all times.
Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP)
I3 has extensive experience developing and implementing COOP, or the capability to continue mission-critical functions without interruption, in accordance with DoD Directive 3020.26 DoD Continuity Policy. In addition to the initial development and conception, I3 administers and manages COOP sites. We hold the distinction of being the first company to set up a MAC II-level COOP for the DoD Biometrics program.
I3 has vast experience from designing, implementing and managing Local Area Networks (LAN), to maintaining data service and administration of WANs connecting systems located throughout the world hosted in datacenters or in the cloud.
I3 supports software engineering projects, from quick-turnaround solutions that meet emerging mission needs, to complex projects requiring extensive integration, including web applications, web services, middleware and database development as well as thick client and mobile application development.
