I3 has extensive experience in the following IT areas:

Systems Engineering and Administration

Ihas vast experience in specifying, procuring, and deploying computers, servers, mobile devices and related IT systems. We manage all aspects of systems administration from security monitoring and analysis, patching and deployment, to logging and configuration change management. We implement and manage large data stores, with a focus on data availability, redundancy and disaster management solutions hosted in datacenters or in the cloud. We have particular expertise in virtualization and in information assurance having accredited and re-accredited government systems under DIACAP as well as the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Network Engineering and Administration

Ihas vast experience in designing, implementing and managing LANs, to maintaining data service and administration of WANs connecting systems located throughout the world hosted in datacenters or in the cloud. From secured VPN satellite connections to fiber access, to world-wide cellular access, Ihas implemented data networking solutions robust enough to handle DoD communications requirements. We have expertise in information assurance and network security.

Software Development

I3 supports all types of software projects—from quick-turnaround solutions that meet emerging mission needs, to complex projects requiring extensive integration. We work closely with key stakeholders and end-users to deliver solutions appropriate to the task, meeting the customer’s requirements and operational needs. Our expertise includes web applications, web services, middleware and database development as well as thick client and mobile application development. Our software development efforts are frequently a part of larger integrated solutions, such as BISA, Biometric Automated Toolset – Army (BAT-A) and BAT–A Base Access System Enhanced (BAT-A BASE), the DoD ABIS, and the Afghan ABIS.

Helpdesk Support

As a part of I3’s full range of customer support, we offer help desk services for ongoing operations and maintenance. Iis experienced in providing 24/7/365 Tier 1, 2 and 3 helpdesk support to Government customers. Iprovides experienced and knowledgeable staff in support of the ABIS Help Desk. We also supported the Tactical Biometric System (TBS) West Virginia and Arizona Data Centers and Help Desk for BISA, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), Tactical Biometrics Cell Iraq (TBC-I) and Hand-held Interagency Identity Detection Equipment (HIIDE).  Outstanding customer service means more than excellent technical credentials.  Our staff is trained to listen and observe carefully, respond promptly, and analyze and resolve all issues with courtesy and thoughtfulness.
