The National Committee for Employer Support recognized CEO Bob Kocher as a Patriotic Employer for contributing to national security and protecting liberty and freedom by supporting employee participation in America’s National Guard and Reserve. In 2009, CFO Richard Syretz was ranked by SmartCEO magazine as one of the most accomplished CFOs in the Washington DC region. Syretz was also a finalist for Washington Business Journal's CFO of the Year Award.
I3 has been featured on the Inc. 500/5000 list for three consecutive years. Inc. magazine ranked Ideal Innovations as the 529th fastest-growing company in the nation in 2009; the 164th fastest-growing company in 2008; and the 46th fastest-growing company in the nation in 2007.
In 2009, Ideal Innovations was ranked by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce as one of the 50 fastest-growing companies in the state on the Fantastic 50 list. In 2008, Deloitte ranked Ideal Innovations as the 6th fastest-growing technology company in Virginia on the Technology Fast 50. In 2007, I3 was ranked third on the list. Both years, the company was recognized as one of the top companies in Virginia for business diversity.
The company was also ranked by Deloitte in 2007 and 2008 as one of the fastest-growing technology companies in North America on the Technology Fast 500.
