General Roy Beauchamp
Prior to joining the Ideal Innovations board, Mr. Beauchamp worked several years in industry and he served in the United States Army for thirty-seven years, retiring as a Lieutenant General. He served in the Army in a wide variety of positions involving technology management, project management and logistics management. His last assignment prior to his retirement was Deputy Commanding General of the Army Materiel Command, a $22 billion, 44,000 employee organization supporting the United States Army, worldwide. After his retirement from the Army, Mr. Beauchamp worked with Washington Group International, a worldwide engineering, construction and project management company. He was a Senior Vice President.
Mr. Beauchamp's career began in 1965 with the United States Army. Over the course of his thirty-seven year career with the Army he served in command and staff positions at every level including multiple tours of duty at Headquarters, Department of the Army and joint assignments supporting and working with other services. His responsibilities included every aspect of logistics management at the national level including contracting, project management, supply and inventory management, maintenance management, business systems modernization, technology management and security assistance management to allied nations.
Carol Haave
Ms. Carol Haave joins the Board of I3 after leaving the Department of Homeland Security as the Assistant Secretary for International Affairs. Preceding that position, she served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Security and Information Operations and later became the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Counterintelligence and Security.
Ms. Haave has many years of experience in security, intelligence, military operations and technology. Formerly the President of Sullivan Haave Associates, Ms. Haave successfully transitioned the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and advanced government technologies into the armed forces during military conflict. She has participated in numerous Defense Science Boards and has aided the National Defense Panel in looking at alternative futures for the Department of Defense.
Joseph Inge
Joe Inge joins I3 after thirty-eight years as an Army Officer. He has served in many levels of command and staff and brings experience in leadership and management, both in the national and international arenas. His final two assignments as 1st U.S. Army Commander and Deputy Commander United States Northern Command give LTG Inge extensive experience in homeland defense and homeland security, as well as defense support to civil authorities in time of disaster in the homeland.
