AnalysisI3 works closely with our client to define content, development and delivery methods. Then we write a detailed proposal. After our client reviews and accepts it, we create a Statement of Work specifying the scope of the project, deliverables, time frame and cost.
Our instructional designers work with our client’s staff to identify the performance, knowledge, and content requirements. Then we create detailed storyboards to give a feel for the theme, the visual design and the navigation or flow of the program.
I3 takes the approved storyboard and develops, digitizes, and prepares all the elements: audio, video, text and animation. We integrate all the elements. After our client reviews the finished interactive program, we run it through an extensive quality assurance process.
I3 personally delivers completed programs to our clients so we can answer questions on product distribution and installation. We also take the time to set up long-term client support so there is always help available.
An important and often overlooked phase in a training program – I3 measures the effectiveness of the program to see that everything is working properly. We follow Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation as appropriate to the client and project:
