From Ideal Innovation’s perspective, systems engineering involves balancing the social demand for performance, cost, and delivery rate with the technical supply of products, supply chains, and production systems, including both logistics and maintenance processes, to supply optimum design specifications. We therefore incorporate the broad strategic awareness gained from concept development and requirements generation process, as well as our deep insights into the capabilities of achievable R&D, design, and production processes. This permits us to translate the requirements into effective design specifications as well as cost constraints.
